Return & Refund Policy

At Raw Touch Extensions, we take pride in providing premium-quality raw human hair. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, or any hair-related products once they have been shipped or delivered.

For hygiene and quality assurance, products that have been installed, worn, washed, brushed, combed, colored, chemically processed, cut, altered, or removed from their original packaging are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • You receive the incorrect item.
  • Your order arrives damaged due to our error.

If your order qualifies, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [your email address] with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided your order has not yet entered processing. Once processing has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Raw Touch Extensions is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Raw Touch Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Chargebacks

By placing an order with Raw Touch Extensions, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy. Fraudulent chargebacks for delivered merchandise will be disputed with supporting documentation, including order confirmation, shipment tracking, and proof of delivery.
